Refunds and Returns Policy

However, please note that we can only refund items if they are damaged or lost.
Our refund and returns policy for non-perishable items lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Our refund and returns policy for perishable items is 24 hours from the delivery date.
For perishable items (bananas, bread, yams, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered to notify us of the items missing and/or damaged.
If 24 hours have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
We may request a photo showing the problem if it is something that is visible when inspecting the items.
We will refund or credit the account for the affected portion of the item(s).
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
